Below outlines your menu for your event, you’re able to select 3 different types of meats (1x type sausage/1 x chicken/ 1x heavy protein) alongside this you can choose a vegan or vegetarian option. The same applies to your sides and sauce options; you can pick two for each from our extensive range. Please enquire for any items not on menus, we are happy to accommodate other selections. Hog Roasts
Hog roasts celebrate not only the art of cooking but also the joy of shared experiences. The combination of slow-cooked, flavourful pork and the communal aspect of the process makes hog roasts a time-honoured tradition that brings people together for a delicious and festive feast. We offer this service in several ways either as a whole pig cooked and carved or for smaller more personal events we can provide a hog roast meal, low slow roasted joints of pork carved and served with a choice of two salads, an assortment of rolls and various sauces. For our large hog roast the whole machine will be on site, the pig will be on a spit clear and visible as a spectacle for your guests (can be hidden away as well).
